JIM Jenner last night sealed his switch to Birmingham & Solihull, signing a one-year deal at the Sharmans Cross Road club.

The number eight was unlikely to have been offered a full time Sixways deal and has decided to move on.

"I've really enjoyed my time at Worcester," said Jenner.

"However, I was crushingly disappointed not to be involved in the two biggest games of the season against Orrell and Rotherham, matches that we both lost.

"It's time for a new challenge and I'm looking forward to going to a club which is very positive in the coaching style.

"I think it was clear to see that myself and coach Andy Keast didn't see eye to eye.

"We had several disagreements on fundamental issues and it's best for both that we are no longer working together."

Keast, however, dismissed any idea of a bust-up.

"It was never a personal thing with Jim," said Keast.

"Basically he couldn't give the team what the coaching staff wanted and that's why he wasn't involved. I've always said that if the players aren't doing what I want then I will make it clear to them.

"If you're not producing the goods, I'll tell you."
