WITH the district council having been under the effective control of Health Concern for a couple of years, it is pleasing to see that one or two positive decisions are at last being taken.
A couple of weeks ago you reported on the waiting list for car park season tickets.
In last week's Shuttle/Times and News you report that they have cured that waiting list at a stroke. A 36 per cent increase in price should see it substantially reduced, especially as there is a risk of not having the opportunity to use it, even if you get a ticket.
