BRETFORTON found the opposition tougher in their latest Stourport League outing and, despite some good efforts on goal by Julie Hall and Tracey Hodgkin, they couldn't find the net.
Stourport opened the scoring in the first half and that remained the interval scoreline.
The defence was kept busy in the second half when, despite excellent play from Jane Wheeler, Blanch Surman, Kate Mitchell, Julie Stowe and goalkeeper Fiona Baldelli, four more goals ended up in the visitors' net.
Midfielders Sophie Corbett and Lisa Workman kept the workrate up with some fine attacks but their efforts proved fruitless at the end of what was, despite the scoreline, an enjoyable game.
