A REDDITCH parent governor is calling on parents across the town to add their weight to the campaign for fairer funding for schools.
Juliet Brunner, of Kenchester Close, said children in the county were suffering "educational discrimination" and urged parents to support Worcestershire Headteachers' Forum by signing a petition to bring funding up to an adequate level.
The petition can be signed online at www.fairfunding.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk and paper copies are also available at all schools.
There are also plans to hold a public meeting at County Hall, Worcester, at 7pm on Thursday, September 25.
