THE July 9 meeting was a talk and slide show by Ronald Russ entitled "The Extremes of Argentina".
Following the summer break, rehearsals will recommence on September 3 for the December concert.
Works to be performed are Vivaldi's Gloria and Bach's Sleepers, Wake!
Prospective new members and voices in all parts who know the two works and would be interested in joining in the performance should ring 550086 or 524118.
The society rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 7.45-9.30pm at the Methodist Church hall, Alcester Street.
