THE following, which appeared in the London Gazette of August 15, shows that order in council constituting St George's a separate parish has now been granted.
The delimitation of the boundaries of the new parish will be found set out in the schedule.
REDDITCH Petty Sessions - Sarah Ann Walton, Walford Street, Redditch, pleaded guilty to using indecent language in Walford Street on August 30.
The facts were stated by Pc Bowcott - defendant said she had been knocked about by her husband and did not know what she said. She was very sorry.
In answer to Mr Woodfield, defendant said she was a married woman and had several children.
Mr Woodfield: And used indecent language before your children!
A fine of 2s 6d and 7s 6d costs was imposed.
