THE official opening of the new Bridley Moor County Secondary School may not now take place until next spring, Redditch District Education Committee was told at its meeting last Friday.
The clerk, Mr W A Sharpe, reported that the delay was due to the fact that building work was still in progress.
The headmaster Mr R J Pullman had extended an informal invitation to members to visit the school in small parties.
