A KIDDERMINSTER teenager has had three months cut from a custodial sentence after an appeal at Worcester Crown Court.
Patrick Breakwell, 19, of Hurcott Road, was given six months' detention for assault causing actual bodily harm by Kidderminster magistrates on April 28.
They also added an extra three months for criminal damage to a window.
Defence barrister Nicolas Cartwright argued this part of the sentence should be concurrent and not consecutive. Recorder Alan Dooley agreed.
