KIDDERMINSTER'S Trevor Branford caught 11 trout to 2lb on the Wyre Dell, using buzzers which were the best flies on the lake along with vivas.
On the Masters, where buzzers and orange or pink lures were most effective, another Kidderminster angler used a fry lure and caught a 13lb brace of trout.
Viva and cat's whisker proved the most successful flies on the Stella but one angler caught a 4.5lb brace of trout with a white fritz.
A damsel netted eight trout totalling 11lb for a Bloxwich angler on the Andy Capp where viva and montana were preferred.
On the coarse scene, pellets lured a 25lb mirror carp and boilies were used to catch 12 carp, including two 20lb fish, on the Erics.
Deadbaits were successful for one angler who caught a 26lb 8oz catfish, while another fisherman landed nine carp to 19lb and an 11lb grass carp with chum mixers.
On the Gainsborough, pellets were used to catch a 24lb catfish and two carp to 18lb.
The Stuarts yielded mixed bags of roach, bream and carp to 20lb.
