A MOTHER who lost the camera she took to her daughter's post-wedding celebration is delighted after a mystery person posted it through her letter box.

Pam Emery was devastated after she lost her camera and film at her daughter's celebration in a marquee on the grounds of Ledbury Town Football Club.

Her 25-year-old daughter Nina married 28-year-old Christopher Powell in Cyprus on Thursday, May 22, accompanied by 25 family and friends.

The couple held the celebrations afterwards, on Saturday for family and friends who did not come to Cyprus.

Mrs Emery did not realise she had lost her black Canon camera until she left the party at around 1am on Sunday.

After contacting various radio stations, and putting a notice up inside the club, the camera was posted through her front door in a brown envelope at around 4.30pm on Tuesday.

"It's bizarre how I got it back," said Mrs Emery, of Northmead, Ledbury.

"There was no letter and no message with it, not that I'm worried about that.

"I'm so chuffed, I can't tell you how gutted I was when I lost it.

"I've got the film developed and the pictures are wonderful."
