BRETFORTON residents who like to get out and about can pick-up their half fare bus passes, national transport tokens or car parking tickets on Monday, May 19.

Wychavon District Council offers concessions to anyone from the age of 60 and people with disabilities, and the tokens will be available at Bretforton Royal British Legion Club between 10am and 1pm.

In other areas across the district eligible residents can pick up their preferred reductions on appointed days at village halls, or collect them from Council shops in Evesham and Pershore from Thursday, May 22.

Democratic services officer Louise Care said: "We wanted to clarify the pick-up point to Bretforton residents in particular. Others who want to know when and where they can get their concessions from can give us a call or click on our website."

Claimants will need some identification and new ones will need proof of age and address.

Additionally, a short form will also need to be completed on the day."
