The General Medical Council has cleared a Hereford consultant of allegations of professional misconduct.
Dr Neil Fraser, of Coningsby Street, was facing charges of irresponsibly and unprofessionally failing to provide a medical legal report as instructed, and also failing to return confidential documents.
But a central London committee cleared Dr Fraser yesterday.
