Foxlydiate pigeon shoot - A large company embarked on the annual pigeon shoot on Saturday promoted by Mr HF Chambers and some capital sport was witnessed.
A purse to the value of £5 was the chief prize offered although the day's sport included sweepstakes for which prizes were given.
