TOM Moody has vowed that Worcestershire's three one-day wins over Somerset this season will not lull his players into a false sense of security in tomorrow's Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy quarter-final showdown at Taunton.

"Complacency never comes into it when you are in a quarter-final," said the County's Director of Cricket Tom Moody today.

Favourites Worcestershire have returned from Taunton twice this season with victories under their belt -- a seven wicket success in the Benson and Hedges Cup and by eight wickets in the Norwich Union League Division One.

In the league clash at New Road the County also came out on top by a crushing 127 runs.

Moody, however, accepts that previous matches count for nothing, saying: "Our preparations for tomorrow are as thorough as they have been for any game this season. We are going into it to make sure we get through.

"We are obviously going down there with a lot of confidence. We have been lucky to have played there a couple of times already this season and come back successful. We have no fears."

Moody revealed that the County will be going into the game with a plan to try and snuff out of threat of danger man Marcus Trescothick, whose only previous appearance against the County this season was in the Benson and Hedges Cup tie when he was restricted to just 20 runs.

Moody said: "Trescothick is a good player at domestic and international level and is in good nick, but so is Graeme Hick, Vikram Solanki and Ben Smith. We are not going to concentrate on any one of their players but we do have a set plan."

Worcestershire will be unchanged from the 12 selected for last Sunday's five wicket win in the Norwich Union League against Kent at Canterbury.
