NEWCOMERS Sean Flynn and Sean Parrish are set to make their Nationwide League Division Three debuts for Kidderminster Harriers tomorrow when they open their campaign against relegation favourites Lincoln City at Aggborough (3pm).

Former Coventry, Derby, Stoke and West Bromwich Albion campaigner Flynn, signed from Tranmere Rovers in a one year deal earlier this week, will captain the side.

Parrish arrived at Aggborough during the close season on a free transfer from Chesterfield and is set to operate with Flynn in midfield.

Harriers manager Ian Britton has yet to finalise his side, but says: "I've said all along it will be the players that will do the job I want doing who will start the match. Not necessarily the best players, but those who will do the job.

"In our first three games two are away so it's important we get off to a good start and get three points. That's what I will be looking forward to.

"I think we will be alright this season, especially with the two additions we have got. The experience of Parrish and Flynn will help the younger players."

Danish striker Bo Henriksen is confident Harriers can make a winning start to their campaign.

He said: "In every season, your form goes up and down but the most important time is the start of the season.

"If you win four or five of the first few games and you are up at the top of the table, everybody will realise Kidderminster are a good side. Then you have the respect of your opponents and you have a psychological advantage.

"If we are in the top five after the first five or six games, I think we will end up in the top five."

The only two players unavailable for Britton are midfielder Mark Blake, who is still recovering from an Achilles tendon operation, and striker Ian Foster who is serving a two-match suspension.

Lincoln, who last season finished third from bottom, have just come out of administration after a court in Birmingham accepted the club's two-year business plan.

They called in the administrators in May because of crippling debts. However, they raised £450,000 from fans, directors and the PFA to pay off creditors, who voted with a 75 per cent majority to accept a money or shares offer in June.

Lincoln have also unveiled three new board members in light of their recent escape from administration.

Former Red Imps director Stuart Tindall, Philip Bird and Steve Galjaard of the Lincoln Co-operative Society all join the Sincil Bank board of directors with immediate effect.
