A WORCESTER manufacturing company raised £500 for Acorns Children's Hospice Trust when it staged a fun-day.
Nearly 300 people flocked to the event, organised by Southco Manufacturing, based in Wainwright Road, on Warndon's Shire Business Park.
Organisers pinpointed a five-a-side inter-company football match, won by Silver Fox Hunters, as one of the highlights of the day.
"I would like to thank everyone who attended and made the day such a good success," said Jessica Jarvis, fun-day co-ordinator.
"Southco is looking forward to next year's fun day and hopes to see everyone there."
