CAN I appeal to the better nature of the person who, on Wednesday, March 12, between the hours of 9.15am and 4.45pm, whilst entering or leaving the parking spot next to the bottle bank in St Katherine's car park, Ledbury, collided with my wife's red Suzuki Grand Vitara, registration number VU03KZM, removing the paintwork from a large area of the left hand rear bumper.
