The stormy pubic meeting at Malvern last week illustrated the
importance of the word "care".
An uncaring approach will always lead to complaints from those who need the care - the patients.
South Worcestershire Primary Care Trust should give priority to patient care - above all else.
The trust needs to ask its customers what they really want.
