IAN Horton grabbed a late equaliser to give Spring-vale a share of the points in this entertaining Kidd-erminster League Premier Division encounter.
The first half was very even as both teams pushed forward to create several good chances. Both defences responded well to make a couple of timely saves, with Vale's Nick Wilkinson twice being denied, and at the other end Duncan Taylor making a goal-line clearance.
It was the same after the break with action at both ends. Chaddesley eventually broke the deadlock when visiting goalkeeper Chris Bunn was caught stranded and the home striker slid the ball home.
Vale pushed up looking for an equaliser and their persistence was rewarded when a long throw was flicked into the Chaddes-ley box for Horton to stab home to share the points.
