KINGS Norton skipper Pete May has targeted the visit of Droitwich on Saturday as one of the matches his side needs to win as they chase a daunting survival target of four wins from their last six matches.
The Ash Lane side were left without a league fixture at the weekend because of a frozen pitch at Earlsdon.
But with fellow strugglers Old Halesonians and Droitwich winning, the survival target went up another notch.
Marconi are now in May's sights, seven points ahead and boasting a significantly better points difference.
But the Ash Lane skipper says his troops can still beat the drop, starting at home on Saturday (ko 2.15pm).
After Earlsdon cried off, Kings Norton arranged a home friendly with Sutton Coldfield Seconds only for them to back out and ended up with a weakened side running out 45-5 winners at Old Salts Seconds.
