MALVERN Ladies FC travelled to Evesham for a league match on Sunday.

Malvern again started slowly and were punished by the home side with two goals in the first ten minutes. In the 17th minute Malvern got a goal back when a through ball from Karina Farr was converted by Emily Prosser. Evesham had a player sent off in the 44th minute for her second bookable offence.
In the 54th minute Evesham made it 3-1 but two minutes later a fine run and finish from Sam Shail got Malvern back in the game.
In the 74th minute a good cross from Kate Smith was fired home by Emily Prosser levelling the score. Malvern then took control of the game and ten minutes later a corner from Flick Slater was firmly headed home by Karina Farr.
Emily Prosser soon made it 5-3 and in the 87th minute a fine strike from Kate Smith finished off a good battling performance.
Emma Hinchliffe and Tracey Evans both had very good games for Malvern.
