CHRIS Garrard has been cleared to play for Worcester at Leicester.
A Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel accepted last night that the two-week club ban imposed on the winger, following his sending off at Rotherham, was sufficient punishment.
Sixways director of rugby, John Brain, said: "The panel accepted that the tackle against Rotherham was reckless more than anything. They accepted that Chris did not intend to harm his opponent and took into account that he had never been carded in his career let alone sent off before."
Meanwhile, flanker Neil Mason came through his England Under 21 duty yesterday without a problem and is available to take his place on the bench at Leicester. The 20-year-old played 70 minutes in the 28-5 win over Wales at Newbury.
