BROADWAY Golf Club's ladies' league first team crowned a highly successful 2002 season by winning Division One of the Cotswold and District Ladies Alliance.
The Cotswolds club secured the trophy in the keenly contested scratch match play league by a margin of only three points, pushing Minchinhampton and Burford into second and third places respectively.
Broadway have now won the title 11 times since the league was formed in 1971 having last lifted the first division trophy in 1997.
