IT has been reported that thousands of pounds is to be spent on providing staff with personalised travel plans in a bid to solve Worcestershire Royal Hospital's car parking problem.
But such a quantum leap in thinking is not needed.
All that needs to be done is re-open Kidderminster in-patient and A&E services. The 400-or-so staff could transfer back, together with 15,000 in-patients, 10,000 patients attending A&E and 40,000 visitors every year.
Just think of all the car parking spaces which would be freed up!
