ASHLEY Read is confident after a successful one-week trial with West Bromwich Albion.
The Bromsgrove Rovers striker spent last week training at The Hawthorns with youth coach Craig Shakespeare.
Read, being monitored by the Premiership side, had to cut short a week last month due to injury.
"It was really good. Craig was impressed," Read said.
