MANAGER Phil Mullen is rating Evesham United's Dr Martens League Western Division match against high-flying Weston-super-Mare at Common Road tomorrow (3pm) as a 'must win' clash.
Weston are currently in third place in the table with mid-table Evesham needing maximum points to keep tabs on the leading pack.
Mullen said: "It's a must win game for us. We certainly need to get some points in the bag. When you are coming up against other teams in contention for the league you have got to beat them.
"Weston are a better side than us at the moment and they have got an excellent away record, but we have had six straight home league wins. It's very important, though, that we stay in contention."
Evesham, who needed a last-gasp equaliser from Matt Gardiner to draw 2-2 at lowly Rocester last week, will have skipper Darren Bullock back after a two-match ban but they will be without the services of Wesley Joyce and Jay Powell.
Joyce began a three-game suspension last Monday while Powell is ruled out because of a one-match ban.
On the injury front midfielder Mark Wolsey is recovering after knee surgery.
It is hoped he might be available for selection shortly before Christmas.
