BUS passengers starting their journey from Pound Bank can now wait in greater comfort, thanks to a new shelter.
Malvern mayor Frances Victory officially opened the shelter, on Pound Bank Road, on Wednesday, November 13, accompanied by town council operations manager Richard Chapman.
The new bus shelter replaces an old wooden one that was demolished after arson and vandal attacks.
"It's the first of four new bus shelters to be installed by the town council during this financial year," said Mr Chapman. "It was inaugurated by the mayor to mark the start of the council's bus shelter refurbishment programme."
