A PLAN to build three B&B units at a pub near Upton was given the go-ahead by Malvern Hills District Council.
The application was to convert an outbuilding and add an extension at the Jockey Inn, Baughton. Although the parish council and local residents objected because it could cause parking problems, planning officers said the site had enough space for parking.
