ARCHITECTS are to be commissioned to make working drawings of Upton Memorial Hall.
These are required so the town council can investigate grants available to bring the building into line with the new Disability Discrimination Act.
Mayor Eric White said the upstairs council chamber would have to be made accessible to disabled people before October, 2004.
