A WORCESTER man who has admitted breaching an anti-social behaviour order has had his sentence adjourned until next week.
Justin Wynn, aged 23, admitted breaching the order during the period between Wednesday, October 2, and Tuesday, October 8.
Wynn, of Avon Road, Tolladine, faces trial on Monday relating to a public order offence, two threats to kill and threatening to throw a brick through a window.
All charges relate to alleged offences committed in late September and early October.
Magistrates decided to suspend sentencing for the breach, following the outcome of the trial.
Wynn was remanded in custody with no application made for bail.
