THE National Farmers' Union has appointed a regional director for Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
David Collier will take over the position of regional director for the West Midlands at the end of this month.
The 46-year-old has been based in the NFU's north-east regional office in York since 1989 and is currently the organisation's technical adviser for the north of England.
He is a veteran of numerous campaigns, mainly on environmental and land-use issues.
