The travelling Hijinx Theatre Company celebrates its 21st anniversary by bringing a drama about ambitions and dreams to Ledbury's Market Theatre.
Dreaming Amelia, by Sharon Morgan, tells what happened following a chance encounter on a beach between female pioneer aviator Amelia Earhart and a poverty-stricken young dancer.
Hijinx spokesman Emma Routledge said: "It's the touching story of how one person's success can inspire another to have the courage to fulfil their own dreams and ambitions."
Dreaming Ameila will be directed by Chris Morgan, who has taken a host of shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Market Theatre manager Paul Graham said: "With a fascinating story, uplifting music and a stunning set, it promises to be another great night out with Hijinx."
The play is at 7.30pm on Saturday, November 16. Tichet are available from Ledbury Books and Maps in Ledbury High Street.
