WE have now been on the island of St Helena for one year and are loving it so far.
After 50 years in England I didn't really know whether I would settle here again, to retire.
It's a beautiful island with wonderful people. There is very little crime here. Weather, winter now, is wet at times but warm. The Quincentenary celebrations are still going on.
I would like to wish all our friends in Malvern and Worcester a very Happy Christmas and a bright New Year. Too many to name now.
We look forward to our three monthly mail ship from England, so do write to us with your news.
