A SHERRY and mince pie morning is being held at Beechwood in Holly Green between 10am and noon on Tuesday (November 12). It is being run to raise funds for residents and day care clients, and will feature a bring and buy sale, tombola, cakes, raffle and white elephant stall.
A CHRISTMAS fair is being staged in Upton Church Room to raise money for children in need in India. The event will feature stalls offering toys, unusual Christmas gifts, home-made jams, pickles and chutneys, books and much more. It will run between 9.30am and 12.30pm tomorrow (Saturday) and admission is free.
WEST Worcestershire MP Sir Michael Spicer will be on hand to listen to Upton-upon-Severn residents' views tomorrow (Saturday). He will be available for personal and private interview at a session in Upton Memorial Hall in Old Street from 10am.
A COFFEE morning in aid of this year's Poppy Appeal is being held at Upton's Memorial Hall, Old Street, tomorrow (Saturday), running from 10am until noon.
