A GERMAN, a Dutchman and a Scot are the artists whose work is on show at the Tidal Wave Gallery in Hereford.

Freidel Anderson, one of the most collected artists working in Germany today, produces evocative and atmospheric oil paintings. Among those in this exhibition, his first in Britain, are those exploring the eerieness of a disused cement factory.

Frits Goosen paints mainly seascapesz in oils, in the style of the great Dutch masters, and sold out his last show at Tidal Wave last year. He is the only non-British member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists.

Ann Oram works mainly in watercolour, producing everything from tiny landscapes to huge flower studies. She exhibits widely in her home city of Edinburgh and in London.

The exhibition starts on Monday, November 11, and is open Monday-Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm.
