THE clocks will go back again this weekend at Hartlebury Castle - but by hundreds of years.
The county museum is staging its annual medieval fair on Sunday with attractions ranging from knights in armour to authentic food.
Following last year's "very successful" inaugural event the museum is again expecting big crowds at the showpiece, which runs from 1pm to 5pm.
"There's something for everyone, from tots to the elderly," said collections officer David Kendrick. Sophie Parker and David Kendrick from Hartlebury Castle in the stocks ahead of this Sunday's medieval fair.
"The event will be centred upon the 14th century Great Hall of the castle. It was built in 1395 and will be very atmospheric with the knights in their armour under the roof which was put up in the 14th century."
There will also be demonstrations of long-bow making - the weapons that won the battles of Agincourt and Crecy - and make-up artists will simulate gory scars and wounds.
A lutanist will stroll and serenade visitors, "sustaining" dishes will be served and a blacksmith will forge various implements.
Children will also be able to join in a range of activities, including making cone hats, completing skeleton jigsaws and colouring illuminated letters.
