IAN Morris and Richard Chamings' letters (You Say, October 19) stated £11bn per annum is being given to the EU.

Just think what we could do with that amount.

We would be the envy of the world with the best Health Service, more hospitals built and better schools - without Tesco.

There would also be more money for transport and homes for the aged, which would prevent bed blocking in our hospitals. The list is endless.

And just think too, our university students would not have to go into debt for their further education - all could be paid for as it once was.

We should get out of the EU.
