TWO cousins were cleared of robbery at Worcester Crown Court after a prosecution witness withdrew the allegation.
Morris and Henry Doe, both 24, of Watery Lane, Stourport, were given not guilty verdicts by Judge Michael Mott.
Prosecution counsel Lawrence Watts read a statement from Debbie Priest, in which she admitted mistakenly blaming the pair after she had been drinking.
