KINGS Norton have been hit by the loss of outside centre James Braban for the trip to Edwardians at the weekend.
In a tight Powergen Midlands West Four South, Norton have slipped from joint second to third from bottom after losing 14-0 at Old Hales on Saturday.
Edwardians sit immediately above them in the table and have the same number of points but a game in hand so Pete May's side are hunting for two points to avoid being dragged into the drop zone.
Influential centre Braban is on honeymoon and blindside flanker Andy Williams is also ruled out on Saturday (ko 3pm) because he is on a college course.
May expects to recall tight head prop Guy Walton, available again after work commitments, and prop Richard Revill, who has recovered from illness.
May will wait for a physio's report on Martin Auster's damaged knee this week before deciding whether to recall him to replace Williams.
