A BUYER has been found for 28 acres of the Malvern Hills.
The land above Little Malvern was offered for sale at the beginning of October by agents Strutt and Parker.
Richard Greasby, for the firm, confirmed yesterday (Thursday) that an offer for the land had been accepted.
The identity of the buyer or how much they are paying is not being released.
The land, which was offered sale by the Little Malvern Estate, extends from just above the Wells Road to the ridgeline. It includes a disused quarry, woodland, scrub and open hillside.
