MALVERN Ladies FC swept aside newly-formed Upton Ladies FC at Victoria Park in the first season of the Kidderminster Women's County League.

Malvern started well and opened the scoring in the third minute through Emily Prosser, who scored her second in the sixth minute.

In the 15th minute a 25 yard kick from Flick Slater found the top corner making it 3-0. One minute later Emily Prosser got her third and Malvern's fourth. After 32 minutes Emily Prosser scored again and two minutes later Karina Farr scored with a left foot shot from 12 yards. In the 41st minute Sam Shail, who was making her debut for Malvern, got on the score sheet with a well taken goal.

Straight from the kick off Malvern made it 8-0 through Emily Prosser after some good work from Becky Crack. Sam Shail added two more for Malvern in the 52nd and 58th minutes before two more goals from Emily Prosser, in the 66th and 73rd minutes, made it 12-0 bringing her personal total to seven.

Sam Shail was not to be overawed on her debut and scored another three goals bringing her total to six and Malvern's final score to 15 rounding off a good team performance.
