COURT: A Worcester man has denied making threats to kill and breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
Justin Wynn, aged 23, of Avon Road, Tolladine, has been accused of threatening to kill his former partner Jill Fraser, on Monday, September 30 and Saturday, October 5.
Wynn has also been accused of threatening to throw a brick through her window on Sunday, October 6 and using threatening behaviour - banned under the conditions of his ASBO.
Wynn, represented by Mark Sheward, appeared before Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday. He was remanded in custody until his next appearance before Worcester magistrates on Thursday, October 24.
