WHEN a Redditch school was struggling to raise funds for a new computer suite, it was help from an unlikely source that saved the day.
ICT co-ordinator Joanne Wright, who teaches at St Stephen's First School in Riverside, wrote to Pedmore Sporting Club in her hometown of Stourbridge on the off-chance they could help.
The Black Country club raises cash for good causes and said they were happy to raise £4,500 if the school could match it.
