THE man who has borne the brunt of complaints about the bus service in Redditch will be leaving his post.
First's commercial manager Austin Birks has been promoted within the company to human resources and strategy manager.
His role, which will cover Leicester and Northampton, means he will no longer have such heavy involvement in Redditch.
