The annual meeting was held at the village hall, when Barbara Maskell was elected as the new president.
Jackie Gregory, who works closely with people in The Gambia, then gave a talk. Chaddesley members have contributed to the "Shoebox" appeal for jumpers and ladies' underwear.
Letters of thanks from The Gambia were read out.
Joyce Rowthorn was the overall winner of the produce and craft show.
The next meeting will be on November 6 in the village hall, starting at 7.30pm.
