n HAS Ahmed Raza ever considered what a fortunate man he is?
He need not, like this priest of the Christian Church of England, be concerned that his writings will result in his being ostracised, referred to as a trouble maker, bigot, racist, by his own church and countrymen.
If Mr Raza does not realise it, he is held in much higher esteem by the bishops and leaders of the Christian Church who would welcome him to their tables - as also would hard-core Labour voters.
They would not touch this priest with the proverbial barge pole.
Mr Raza can write whatever he wishes and have a lot of it published. It is the freedom he enjoys by residing in this once fair country.
You see Mr Raza, if this Christian priest was to reside in the country of your origin, he could not write as you do, safe in the knowledge that no one would arrest him, put a wire rope around his neck and then a crane hoist him high until he choked to death.
Would Mr Raza tell this Christian priest, who fought for his country, as his father, brothers and thousands more did, so they could be free to worship their God, what it feels like to be able to write as you do and be welcomed by Christian Church leaders and English politicians, whereas this Christian priest is ostracised by them for his faith and loyalty?
