MALVERN kick-started their season with a fine team performance where everybody made a massive contribution whether in attack or defence.
MALVERN U17s 41pts, CAMP HILL U17s 0
Malvern began strongly taking the ball to the opposition on every occasion and following an excellent move along the back line James Rushforth outstripped the cover and eventually scored under the posts for Adam Dixon to convert.
Another searing backline move saw Stuart Bryant race to the corner to score and following a late tackle on full back Ben Green, Malvern's short penalty move saw skipper Simon Puttick score another, both unconverted.
Turning around at half time 17-0 up Malvern then had to defend against a number of Camp Hill attacks.
Malvern then began to dictacte and further tries came with hard running from centre Peter Perret, who scored two, one from his own 22 metre line, a second from man of the match Simon Puttick and a final and well deserved score from Stuart Clark.
Adam Dixon added two more conversions to finish of the match as worthy winners and set up the team for their cup game next week at home against Worcester.
