"POSTER led to cancellation" read the headline (Evening News, October 3). I would have thought it was the Charity's Board of Trustees' chairman, Mr Peter Stevens' duty to have informed his managers of the proposed trip to France - particularly so as the managers could have told their customers of the proposed trip well in advance of the poster, thereby getting more people to sign on to go.There seems to have been a lack of forethought and salesmanship.
