THE skill of employees from the Morgan Motor Company drew crowds of admirers at the Great Malvern Classic Car show last weekend.
Staff from the Pickersleigh Road factory showed how they make the car's ash body frame and construct the seats.
An estimated 10,000 people attended the event at the Three Counties Showground on Saturday and Sunday (October 5 and 6).
Morgan's finance director Tim Whitworth said the show had been excellent fun.
"It was a chance to demonstrate how many skills we do have," he said. "We're the only remaining coachbuilders in the world and we should be crowing about that. We did it to support the local area really. Malvern with cars? It's got to have Morgan included really."
Show organiser Ian Green said that watching the Morgan staff at work had been fascinating.
He said he very pleased with the show's success.
"For the first time in 15 years we've had two days of nice weather," said Mr Green.
