MALVERN Premiers had a decisive win against The Bridge last Sunday when Nick Kordas and Jamie Abba both scored hat-tricks.
MALVERN PREMIERS 6, THE BRIDGE 1
This was the Prems third win out of four league games.
Having lost the first game of the season to Blackpole 3-1 due to a depleted team the Prems have since beaten Kays 5-3, Cutnall Green 7-5 and The Bridge 6-1 giving them a total of 19 goals of which Kordas has already scored nine to date.
Manager Dave Loader commenting on the team's performances at the start of the season said: " We have managed to acquire four new good strong players, Tony Darling, Paul Godby and Dave Withers with Derick Brown rejoining - all have fitted into the team remarkably well and with Kordas performing the way he is we have had a great start to this season's league fixtures."
Malvern Premiers would also like to thank Reg and Ann at the Cross Keys for their continued sponsorship.
The Prems play away this Sunday against the Oak Apple, players to meet at Victoria Park at 9.30am.
